The Bottleneck Snapshot is for founders who are done guessing and ready to finally see what’s actually blocking momentum. Christine reviews a short intake before the session — arriving already oriented, already working, already specific to this business. The result is a written picture of the three real blockers, often named clearly for the first time.
What it delivers:
- Short intake form (completed before the call)
- 60-minute structured diagnostic call
- Obstacle Brief delivered within 48 hrs: 3 prioritized blockers with context on cost of inaction
- Structural reframe — the chaos named as structural, not personal
- Credit toward any Reveal or Rebuild engagement booked within 60 days
Tier 2 - REVEAL
Reveal intensive
The Snapshot named the blockers. The Reveal goes to the root — and maps exactly what to do about it.
The Reveal is a half-day working session — three to four consecutive hours — built around the specific obstacles already surfaced in the Bottleneck Snapshot. Not calls spread across two weeks. One concentrated diagnostic experience with someone who has already reviewed the founder’s intake and Obstacle Brief before the session begins.
What it delivers:
- Short intake form (completed before the call)
- Christine reviews Obstacle Brief and pre-work before the session
- Half-day working session (3-4 hrs consecutive)
- Growth Roadmap: root causes behind each blocker + prioritized sequence
- Rebuild Brief: a scoped picture of what the work would address next
- Credit held toward a Rebuild engagement
Tier 3 - REBUILD

The Growth Roadmap tells you what to build. The Rebuild builds it — with you, not for you to figure out alone.
The Rebuild begins where the Growth Roadmap ends. Christine already knows the business, the blockers, and the sequence they need to be addressed in. This is a construction project with a blueprint already in hand — and a builder who does the heavy work between sessions, so the founder isn’t handed more to-do items while still running the business.
What it delivers:
- Weekly 60–75 minute working session (founder time: ~2–3 hrs/week total)
- Christine's between-session build work: drafts, systems, and documentation
- Phase 1: Operational foundation — first system built and tested
- Phase 2: Delegation structure and offer/revenue rhythm addressed
- Phase 3: Stabilization — systems running, founder out of the bottleneck
- Credit held toward a Rebuild engagement
Extension Modules attach when the Rebuild Brief identifies specific complexity — Team + Delegation, Revenue Architecture, or Growth Infrastructure. These are recommended, not proposed as add-ons.
